Michele enjoys exploring the intersection of psychology and spiritual formation. She believes that deep and lasting healing involves the body, mind and soul. She brings curiosity and compassion to every session while helping people become free from self-generated suffering and gain clarity and agency in their choices. She considers it a tremendous privilege to bear witness to the healing of others.
